2 Cups of organic whole grain corn (maize) flour
1 Cup of organic whole wheat flour
1 Cup of organic garbanzo bean flour
2 Cups of organic spinach
4 Cups of chopped organic green kale
¼ Cup of sliced organic ginger
2 Organic celery sticks
1 Organic jalapeno pepper
½ Organic red bell pepper
½ Organic onion
1 Tsp of organic ground cinnamon
1 Tsp of organic carom seeds
2 Tsp of organic sesame seeds
Organic black pepper to taste
Himalayan pink salt to taste
¼ Cup of filtered water

Slice organic red bell pepper in half

Then slice into small pieces

Slice ½ of an organic onion, ginger & celery

Chop organic green kale

Add sliced organic red bell pepper, onion, ginger, 1 jalapeno pepper, spinach & ¼ cup of filtered water to blender

Blend all ingredients

Add sliced organic celery & chopped green kale and continue to blend

Add & mix 2 cups of organic whole grain corn flour, 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of garbanzo bean flour, 1 tsp of carom seeds, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 2 tsp of sesame seeds, Himalayan pink salt and black pepper to taste

Finally, add blended veggies & mix all ingredients

Keep mixing all ingredients & knead the dough

Take some dough as per your desired roti size & roll into a round ball

Continue to flatten the dough, keep binding the corners with one hand & flatten with your other hand

Now damp your hands with some water & roll out the roti with the help of your palms

Place the roti on a hot tawa

Once your roti starts to darken on the upper side, flip it over to the other

Cook the roti on medium-high heat until brownish circles start to appear

Now roast the roti on a chapati grill, roasting the roti on both sides with a tong until it cooks evenly

Second method- take some dough as per your desired roti size & roll into a round ball

Keep binding the corners with one hand & flatten with your other hand

Damp the unbleached baking paper with some water, place the dough on the paper then flatten & spread the roti by pressing it

Separate the paper from the roti & place the roti on the tawa

Finish preparing the rest of rotis

Apply non dairy butter on top & slice rotis into pieces

Serve non-dairy yogurt with organic spinach kale rotis & sliced onions, carrots, cucumber & tomato

Finally, sprinkle organic black pepper on the top of the yogurt
