Kenyan Beef Wet Fry

Boil the meat with a cinnamon stick, veetta, coriander powder, black pepper, and cooking oil.
Cook the meat until it is on the softer side but still firm, about 30 minutes.
Add capsicum and coriander stems to the pot and let it cook until the meat has softened, about another 30 minutes.
Once the meat is cooked, let it absorb the water and add onions, remaining spices, and tomatoes.
Add paprika, cumin powder, chicken seasoning cube, and salt to taste.
Add garlic paste and cook covered on low heat for 5 to 8 minutes to blend the spices, seasoning, and garlic well.
Finish with chopped coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
