Add some oil in a pan and add semiya; cook until it gets a slight color.

Break open 2 eggs into a bowl.

Move the cooked semiya to the side of the pan and add chopped onions, salt, and ginger garlic paste; mix with semiya and cook together.

Add a little turmeric, chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, and green chili; mix well and let the tomatoes and onions cook.

Once the vegetables are cooked, add the mixture into the bowl with the beaten eggs.

Add some oil or butter in the pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan; cook on slow flame and cover with a lid.

Once slightly cooked, turn it to the other side and cover again with the lid; cook for some time until both sides are cooked perfectly.
