4 large mangoes

Boil 2 kg of milk and reserve 1 cup of it separately.

Mix 4 tablespoons of mango custard into the reserved milk until smooth.

In a pot, add 1 tablespoon of desi ghee and roast 200 grams of colored vermicelli for 1-2 minutes.

Add the boiled milk to the roasted vermicelli and cook until the vermicelli is soft.

Stir continuously to prevent sticking.

Add 400 grams of condensed milk and mix well.

Gradually add the prepared mango custard to the mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Once the mixture is thick, let it cool down.

Prepare 4 large mangoes by peeling and chopping them; make a fine puree from some of the mangoes.

Mix the mango puree into the cooled custard mixture.

Add 200 ml of fresh cream and mix well.

Prepare orange jelly and cut it into pieces for layering.

In a serving dish, layer finely chopped mango pieces and jelly pieces, followed by the custard mixture.
