3 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce for color (optional)
2 tbsp of calamansi extract or lemon juice
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 large onion, sliced into rings
1 large carrot, diced
1 large chayote, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 & 3/4 cups of water
1 & 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
Chili flakes, adjust to taste
1/2 tsp of chicken powder seasoning
Salt if needed
