1/4 cup milk
1/2 liter boiled and cooled milk
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 cup red syrup (Rooh Afza)

1 tablespoon tukham balanga (basil seeds) soaked in water

Cut a fresh watermelon into thin slices and then into small cubes.

In a large bowl, add 1 cup of fresh cream.
