Soak the legumes preferably overnight or at least for 3 hours.

Chop the fresh herbs.

Cook the legumes in the same pot.

Add the fresh herbs to the legumes and add water, salt, and black pepper as needed and cover.

Once the herbs are fully cooked, add the Reshteh to the pot.

Chop the onion and fry until golden brown, then add turmeric.

Heat 100g of your preferred oil in a pan with 2 tablespoons of dried mint.

Chop and fry 1 garlic clove.
