1/2 cup kidney beans or pinto beans
1 cup lentils
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil (for mint oil)
2 tbsp dried mint
1/4 cup olive oil (for fried onions)
2 onions thinly sliced
