1.5 teaspoons cumin powder
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup chopped fresh coriander
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
0.5 cup fresh cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons milk
0.5 teaspoon salt (for sauce)
0.5 teaspoon oregano
0.5 teaspoon black pepper powder (for sauce)

Marinate 1 kg boneless chicken thighs with 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and salt for 15 minutes.

Prepare the second marinade with 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 2 tablespoons crushed green chillies, 1 cup hung yogurt, 2 teaspoons ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon crushed coriander, 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1.5 teaspoons ground red chilli, 1.5 teaspoons cumin powder, and 1 tablespoon cooking oil.

Mix the second marinade well and coat it evenly over the chicken.

Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter and sauté 1 teaspoon chopped garlic until fragrant.

Add 0.5 cup fresh cream and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise to the pan, mixing well.
