  • cornstarch

  • rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. 1Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat until very hot.
  2. 2Add sesame oil and swirl to coat the pan.
  3. 3Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. 4Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
