Choose minced meat (pork, beef, or lamb) and finely chop onion and garlic.
Add sweet paprika, black pepper, and salt to the meat mixture.
Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, garlic, spices, and salt until combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the meat mixture into long thin sausages using damp hands.
Preheat a grill or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Grill the shaped sausages for about 5 to 7 minutes on one side, then turn them over and grill for another 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Warm the flatbread on the grill until slightly crispy.
