10 radishes
3 spring onions
a big bunch of dill
smoked sandwich ham
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 liter kefir
1 liter sparkling water
salt
black pepper

Boil the potatoes and allow them to cool.

Cube the boiled potatoes.

Cube the cucumber.

Wash and finely slice the radishes, using about 10.

Finely slice 3 spring onions, removing the ends.

Remove hard ends from the dill and slice finely, then chop the greens roughly.

Cube the smoked sandwich ham or sausage.

Cut the hard-boiled eggs into larger pieces, leaving one whole for serving if desired.

Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add 1 liter of kefir and 1 liter of sparkling water to the mixture, mixing well.

Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
