1/2 pound shrimp
5 oz noodles
3 cups Pak Choi (chopped)
2 cups cabbage (chopped)
1 carrot (sliced)
1/2 onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 sweet pepper (diced)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice

Boil noodles until tender, strain and put aside.

Place wok or pot over high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, sauté shrimp for 2 minutes, then remove from pan.

To the same pot, add another tbsp olive oil, then add onions and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.

Add carrots, cabbage, and Pak Choi, along with sesame oil and soy sauce, stir fry for 2 minutes then add sweet peppers.

Return the shrimp back to the pot, along with the noodles, stir fry everything until combined.

Add salt to taste.

Top it off with freshly chopped scallion.
