1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Cup Rice Flour
1 tbsp Semolina
1/2 Cup Oil for Frying

Cut the fins, heads and tails and remove the organs.

Marinate the bombil with salt, turmeric and red chilli powder for 15 mins.

Mix rice flour and semolina.

Coat the bombil with this flour patting it so that the flour sticks to it.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the bombil and fry on medium flame for 7 - 8 mins till golden crispy.
