carrots

Go to the market to gather ingredients.

In a large bowl, heat the vegetable oil until hot.

Cook the beef until it turns a little red.

Add half a cup of water and wait until it evaporates.

Add onions and cook for 2 minutes.

Add carrots and cook for 3 minutes.

Add water and salt along with spices, and wait until it boils.

Add the rice, spreading it evenly, and place garlic in the center without closing the lid.

Wait until the water level is the same as the rice for about 3-5 minutes.

Close the lid tightly and reduce the heat to very low, cooking for 30-40 minutes.
