Line a bowl with a grocery bag for easy cleanup.

Peel and chop 1 potato, some yuca, and green plantains.

Heat a giant soup pan and add a little avocado oil.

Add 1 large chopped onion and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until translucent.

Add 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, and cisson seasoning, and sauté for another 5 minutes.

Add 1 chopped tomato and sauté for another 5 minutes.

Prep chicken with bone and skin, sauté in the same oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until browned.

Remove the onion and tomato mixture, set aside, and add the chicken back to the pot.

Fill the pot with enough water to cover the chicken and cook for about 1 hour.

After 1 hour, add 3 chicken bouillons, 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, squash, and sweet corn.

Fill the pot with more water, mix well, cover, and cook for another 1 to 2 hours.

Scoop out excess grease from the top of the pot before serving.
