Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in a pan.

Add 1 cup finely chopped cabbage and 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum to the pan and mix well.

Add 2 boiled raw bananas to the mixture and mix everything thoroughly.

Add some amchur powder (or lemon juice) and mix again.

Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool for a while.

Take a normal roti and spread some mayonnaise on it (optional).

Spread a little ketchup on top of the mayonnaise.

Spread the prepared stuffing evenly over the roti in a thin layer.

Roll the roti tightly around the stuffing, tucking in the sides as you roll.
