Get ingredients ready for stew fish, boil provision, and cuckoo.
Prepare 3 cups of coconut milk using half a cup of powder and filling up to three cups.
Chop 8 to 10 small to medium okras and set aside.
Grate 1 carrot on the big side for color.
Boil the coconut milk mixture for about 5 minutes with 2 pinches of salt added.
Prepare a greased dish using cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Measure 1 cup of cornmeal and add water to achieve a runny consistency, avoiding lumps.
Once the coconut milk is boiling, gradually add the cornmeal mixture while stirring continuously.
Stir until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pot, about 10-15 minutes.
Pour the thickened mixture into the greased dish and smooth it out.
Set the dish aside to cool before serving.
