1 pound loaf of unsliced Italian bread
1 pound thinly sliced turkey
7 oz package of turkey pastrami
3 ounces of turkey pepperoni
2 each sliced beefsteak tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
8 slices of thinly sliced provolone cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
2 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 cup sliced red onion
1 small head of romaine shredded

In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, oil, red wine vinegar and Italian seasoning.

Whisk until combined, then add the sliced red onion and lettuce. Toss until the lettuce and onions are all coated in the sauce. Set the salad aside.

Split the loaf of Italian bread down the center horizontally, but don't cut all the way through.

On one side of the bread, place the sliced turkey, turkey pastrami and tomatoes. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.

On the other side of the bread, place the pepperoni and the provolone cheese.

Place the reserved salad on top of the tomatoes and close it up. Slice the sandwich into 4-6 slices and secure with frilled toothpicks if needed. Serve immediately.
