Pork Saltimbocca

prosciutto

Prepare 1 pound of pork by cutting the skin to prevent shrinkage during cooking.

Lay a piece of prosciutto on top of the pork and add sage leaves on top.

Secure the prosciutto and sage with toothpicks.

Mix flour with a little salt and black pepper in a bowl.

Dredge the pork in the seasoned flour.

Heat olive oil in a pan and add a piece of garlic for flavor.

Add the pork to the pan and cook for 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add white wine to the pan and let it cook down.

Remove the toothpicks from the pork before serving.
