Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove bacon and set aside, leaving drippings in the skillet.
Add sausages to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
In a separate pot, boil water and add cornmeal to make mamaliga, stirring until thickened, about 15 minutes.
In another pan, melt butter and fry eggs to desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up.
Slice bread and toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers for a fresh salad.
Serve the fried eggs on a plate with bacon, sausage, and mamaliga.
Add a dollop of sour cream on top of the mamaliga.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with sliced vegetables and toasted bread.
