1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of garam masala powder
500ml water
200ml passata or puréed tinned tomatoes
2 bullet chillies
3 tbsp coriander
2 x 36g cheese sauce packets
800ml whole milk
400g pasta
250g grated mozzarella
2 tsp mixed herbs
