1 large boiled potato
1/2 cup plain unflavored yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon tamarind and date chutney

Mix in 2 tablespoons of amchoor powder, 1 tablespoon of black rock salt, 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of citric acid, then grind to a fine powder once cooled.

Add the boiled and cut large potato to the pan and stir until golden brown, adding 1/4 teaspoon of salt while frying.

In a bowl, combine the fried potato with half a cup of canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed), 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Add 2 tablespoons of green chutney and 1 tablespoon of tamarind and date chutney to the bowl and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a serving plate and top with chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, finely chopped onion, and drizzle with sweet yogurt.

Add a few tablespoons of tamarind and date chutney and green chutney on top.

Sprinkle with the roasted cumin seed powder and chaat masala, then garnish with chopped cilantro.
