Strain the tofu; this weekโ€™s tofu doesn't need a lot of straining.

Add 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil to the frying pan.

Chop up 1 onion and fry until soft.

Add 2 cloves of minced garlic after the onion is soft.

Add 1/2 of a large red bell pepper, chopped.

Crumble the squeezed-out tofu into the pan as you add it.

Once the tofu is broken down, add 2 teaspoons of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Splash some water in the pan if the mixture is sticking.

Add 1 tablespoon of dried parsley, a couple of tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on toast for breakfast.
