1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon adobo
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoons better pot curry powder
1 tablespoon cheese curry powder
1 tablespoon green seasoning
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper (seasoning pepper)
1 cup hot water
2 medium russet potatoes
1 medium carrot
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper

Season chicken drumsticks with sea salt, black pepper, olive oil, adobo, turmeric, and a mix of better pot curry powder and cheese curry powder.

Add one and a half tablespoons of green seasoning and mix everything together, massaging the spices into the chicken.

Cover the seasoned chicken with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour (overnight is best).

After two hours, heat olive oil in a pan over medium to low heat.

Add the curry powder mixture to the pan, followed by minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until fragrant.
