1 cup red capsicum, diced
1 cup green capsicum, diced
1 cup carrot, julienned
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 cup beans, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2-3 green chilies, slit
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 cup tomato gravy
1/4 cup cashew paste
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
1 tablespoon kasuri methi

Cut red capsicum into thick pieces.

Cut green capsicum into thick pieces.

Cut carrot into thick julienne pieces.

Cut cabbage into thick pieces.

Heat oil in a normal frying pan.

Add cumin seeds and let them brown.

Add chopped garlic and a little chili and ginger.
