Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

In a bowl, mix 600 g of apricot jam with 200 g of Nutella.

Soak 200 g of sponge fingers in 100 g of milk and 100 ml of rum essence.

Chop 100 g of walnuts and 20 g of hazelnuts and add them to the mixture.

Layer the soaked sponge fingers in a baking dish.

Spread the apricot and Nutella mixture over the sponge fingers.
