Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
In a bowl, mix 600 g of apricot jam with 200 g of Nutella.
Soak 200 g of sponge fingers in 100 g of milk and 100 ml of rum essence.
Chop 100 g of walnuts and 20 g of hazelnuts and add them to the mixture.
Layer the soaked sponge fingers in a baking dish.
Spread the apricot and Nutella mixture over the sponge fingers.
Roll out 100 g of puff pastry and place it over the top of the mixture.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
While baking, prepare a coffee mixture with 30 g of coffee and 100 ml of milk, microwaving for 2 minutes.
Once the dessert is baked, serve it warm with the coffee mixture.
