Cut 300 g of puff pastry into a round shape using a lid with a diameter of 24 cm.

Place a 15 cm diameter pot in the center of the pastry to use as a guide and cut around it.

Cut 150 g of lady finger biscuits to fit around the rest of the pastry.

Add 50 g of condensed milk on top of the biscuits and set aside.

Cut two medium peeled apples in half, remove the core, and cut into thin strips.

Transfer the apple strips to a large skillet over medium to low heat.

Add 1 tbsp of granulated sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon powder, and the juice of half a lemon to the skillet and stir everything for 5 minutes.

Arrange the cooked apples on top of the biscuits.

Shape the ends of the pastry around the biscuits and remove the bowl from the center.

Cut the pastry into strips and bring the ends of the cuts together with the ends of the pastry.
