Start with 1 pound of beef and place it in a pot.

Add 1 bay leaf, 1 handful of salt, 1 Goya beef bouillon cube, cilantro, 1/2 onion, and the beef.

Cover and let it boil for about 2 hours on high heat.

While the beef is boiling, prepare the tomato sauce.

In a separate pan, add 3 tomatoes, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 head of garlic, and 1/2 onion.

Add a little oil to fry the onion and cook until fragrant.

Once cooked, strain the mixture to remove seeds and skins.

Add diced green beans, carrot, and potato to the strained sauce and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper, and a packet of seasoning for extra flavor, stirring for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the beef back into the pot and mix well, letting it cook for another 5 minutes.
