1 kg onion very small cut
1 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground chilly pepper
3 tablespoon small cut fresh parsley
3 tablespoon small cut green coriander
1 bay leaf
3-5 cloves of garlic, squeezed
1/3 cup olive oil
