Add the cooked bami (noodles) to the skillet and mix thoroughly with the chicken and onions.
Incorporate Indonesian spices (boemoem) and sesame oil into the mixture, stirring to combine.
Add shredded carrots to the skillet and mix everything well.
Continue to cook on low heat, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Serve the bami goreng in a dish and enjoy.
