Welcome to the kitchen and introduce the recipe for Pão de Queijo.
Gather the ingredients: whole milk, vegetable oil, salt, Sorella cheese, tapioca flour, and eggs.
In a pan, combine the whole milk, vegetable oil, and salt. Warm this mixture until it starts to boil, then remove it from heat.
In a large bowl, add the tapioca flour. Pour the warm milk mixture into the bowl with the flour and mix with a spoon until it starts to crumble.
Add the Sorella cheese to the mixture and use your hands to knead the dough for about five minutes until well combined.
Once the dough is ready, form small balls of dough, choosing a medium size for even cooking.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough balls on it without needing to oil or butter the paper.
You can freeze the dough balls at this point if desired, or bake them immediately.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the cheese bread for about 20 minutes, checking after 15 minutes to avoid overcooking.
Remove from the oven and check the bottoms to ensure they are not burned before serving.
