Prepare the pastry dough and chill in the refrigerator.

Clean and fillet the lampuki fish, removing bones and skin.

Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and mash.

Sauté onions in olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the lampuki fillets to the pan and cook until opaque, about 4-5 minutes.

Mix the mashed potatoes with cooked fish, capers, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Roll out the pastry dough on a floured surface.

Place the fish and potato mixture in the center of the rolled-out dough.

Fold the dough over to encase the filling and seal the edges.

Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
