Add chopped onions to a skillet and cook for about 1 minute until translucent.
Add diced carrots and cook for about 2 minutes before adding the minced beef.
Add 300 grams of minced beef, 1 beef cube, tomato paste, and chopped tomatoes to the skillet.
Add 1 cup of water; if the sauce thickens too quickly, add more water as needed.
Add mixed Italian herbs, pepper, salt, and sugar for seasoning; cover and let simmer for about 1 hour, stirring every 5-10 minutes to prevent burning.
Prepare the white sauce by heating a saucepan and melting butter before adding corn flour, seasoning with black pepper and salt.
Once the white sauce is thickened and bubbly, turn off the heat and add mozzarella cheese.
Start assembling the lasagna by putting a little bit of the red sauce in the bottom of the baking pan, followed by instant lasagna sheets, ensuring they cover the edges.
Layer with the red sauce and white sauce as desired; the creator mentions not using a lot of meat or white sauce, but this can be adjusted based on preference.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 degrees Celsius for about 22-25 minutes.
