Chop 2 tomatoes and 1 carrot.

Add 3 tablespoons of water and chopped ginger to a pan and cook until it starts to soften.

Cover the pan and let it cook until the vegetables are well cooked.

Let the mixture cool down, then remove the skin from the tomatoes.

Blend the cooled mixture into a paste.

Add 3 tablespoons of dalia to the paste and mix well.

Let it rest for at least 15 minutes.

Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan and add garlic.

Add the dalia mixture to the pan and mix well, ensuring there are no lumps.
