Season the grass fed ground beef by adding mashed garlic, diced onions, diced green peppers, soy sauce, sazon con achiote, chicken bouillon cube, Kosher salt, 1 large egg, and plain breadcrumbs.
Mix everything until well combined, using your hands.
Form the mixture into meatballs and set aside.
Heat a tiny bit of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Brown the meatballs on all sides, being careful not to burn them, then remove from the pan.
Prepare the sauce by adding onions, peppers, garlic, chicken bouillon cube, Dominican oregano, sazon con achiote, and red wine vinegar to the pan and mix well.
Add tomato paste and water to the sauce, adjusting thickness as needed.
Add olives to the sauce and mix gently.
Once the sauce is bubbling, add the meatballs back into the sauce and flip them to coat.
Cover the pan and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
