Easy Oven Roasted Mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Wash the mushrooms and clean them thoroughly.

Add the cleaned mushrooms to a mixing bowl.

Add olive oil, sea salt, and pepper to the mushrooms and mix until evenly coated.

Transfer the mushrooms to a quarter-sized baking sheet (13 inches by 9.5 inches) and spread them out in a nice even layer.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the mushrooms for about 20 minutes.

Check the mushrooms occasionally while roasting; if they release excess liquid, take the tray out, drain the liquid, and return them to the oven.

After 20 minutes, once the mushrooms are golden-brown, take them out of the oven and transfer them to a serving dish.

Top the roasted mushrooms with chopped parsley before serving.
