100g shimeji mushrooms
1 block tofu, pressed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp non dairy butter
3 cups vegetable broth
3 cups water
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
300ml non dairy evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
