1 bundle Callaloo or spinach
3 stalks scallion (green onion), chopped
4 sprigs thyme
4-6 cloves garlic, crushed
2-3 whole Scotch bonnet pepper
1 packet cock soup mix
1 tin coconut milk
1/4 lb Pumpkin
1 medium yellow yam, peeled & diced
1 Stalk Celery
1 small chocho (chayote), peeled & diced
2 medium carrots, sliced
6–8 small flour dumplings (spinners)
1 tsp pimento (allspice berries)
black pepper (to taste)
1 Scotch bonnet powder
About 8 cups water
