25 gms garlic
25 gms ginger
2 Spoons coriander powder
1 Spoon fennel powder
1 spoon pepper powder
half a spoon turmeric powder
10 ml oil
500 ml water
Salt to taste

Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.

Put in the shallots, garlic, ginger and green chillies and saute till the shallots are a golden brown.

Add the tomato pieces and saute and crush.

Then add the carrot pieces and saute and mix.

Add salt to taste, coriander powder, fennel powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder and saute and mix thoroughly.

Add the long yard bean pieces and saute thoroughly.

Add 500 ml of water and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Cook for 15 to 20 minutes with occasional stirring and take off the flame and serve.
