4-5 MEDIUM SIZED Fresno Chili or Red Jalapenos or Red Pepper Flakes (1 tbsp)
1 medium-sized shallot finely chopped
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Throw all the ingredients of the sauce in a food processor or high-speed blender.

Cover and blend until the sauce is chunky smooth.

Pour some olive oil and scrape the sides to bring everything to the center and pulse until it's done.

Transfer to an airtight container or glass lid mason jar.

Pour some olive oil on top.

Cover with the lid tightly and refrigerate until you use it.
