Moroccan Kefta Tagine

Marinate lamb meat with smoked paprika and salt overnight.
Prepare vegetables by cutting them up.
Sprinkle olive oil on the vegetables and season with smoked paprika and salt.
Add olive oil to the bottom of the tagine.
Layer onions, garlic, tomatoes, and other chosen vegetables at the bottom of the tagine.
Form meatballs from the marinated lamb and layer them on top of the vegetables.
Add the rest of the vegetables on top of the meatballs and season again with smoked paprika and salt.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 1 hour and 20 minutes, occasionally removing the lid to let it breathe.
Serve with bread.
