Crack 6 eggs into a bowl.

Add 12 ounces of full fat cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast, and 1 teaspoon of sea salt to the bowl.

Grease the insides of 4-ounce jars with butter.

Add about 1 tablespoon of mix-ins (bacon and Gruyere) to each jar.

Preheat the sous vide machine to 170 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the jars into the sous vide water bath using tongs to avoid burns.

Cook for 1 hour in the sous vide bath.

After cooking, carefully remove the jars with tongs and place them on a towel to cool.
