Incorporate mutton pieces and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add sliced bitter gourd and mix well with the meat.
Pour in water to cover the ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until mutton is tender, about 45 minutes.
Stir in garam masala and adjust salt to taste; cook for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
