Tandoori Cauliflower

1 whole cauliflower
1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
0.5 tablespoon Tandoori Masala
2 garlic cloves
1 thumb size ginger
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste

ice cold water
1 small cucumber
1 cup Greek yogurt
0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
0.5 teaspoon onion powder

Fill a big vessel with water and add salt and turmeric to it.

Wait for the water to boil.

Cut the bottom part of the cauliflower and prepare it for cooking.

Prepare the marinade by mixing 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, and 0.5 tablespoon Tandoori Masala.

Crush 2 garlic cloves and 1 thumb size ginger, or use paste, and add to the marinade.

Add 1 tablespoon oil to the marinade and mix well, adding salt to taste.

Once the water is boiling, add the whole cauliflower and blanch it for 5 minutes.

Shock the cauliflower by placing it in ice cold water to stop the cooking process.

Apply the prepared marinade onto the cauliflower, ensuring it is well coated.

Brush oil on the air fryer basket and place the cauliflower inside.

Set the air fryer to 385 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 15 minutes, opening the basket to brush a little oil after 10 minutes.

Prepare the dip by grating 1 small cucumber and mixing it with 1 cup Greek yogurt, 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes, 0.5 teaspoon onion powder, and salt to taste.

Mix the dip ingredients well until combined.

Serve the Tandoori cauliflower with the prepared dip.
