Start with 4 boneless pork chops because they cook quicker.
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet.
Season one side of the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and Paul Prudin's pork and ve magic seasoning.
Once the butter is melted, add a generous teaspoon of minced garlic to the skillet.
Let the garlic soften for about 20 to 30 seconds without browning it.
Add the pork chops to the skillet and season the other side with more seasoning.
Increase the heat slightly and sear the pork chops, flipping them to infuse the garlic flavor.
Cook the pork chops for about 5 to 10 minutes until they start to get color.
Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth to the skillet and turn the heat up to bring it to a boil.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the broth.
Add 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream to the skillet and reduce the temperature to simmer.
Cover and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
After 5 to 6 minutes of cooking the pork, add 1 pound of asparagus to the skillet.
Lightly salt the asparagus and stir everything together.
Cover and cook until the asparagus is tender, about a couple of minutes.
Plate the pork chops with the asparagus and serve.
