Heat a pan with 3 tbsp of mustard oil until it reaches its smoking point.

Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds and 3 small bay leaves; sauté until fragrant.

Stir in 1.5 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.

Add 1 kg of duck meat cut into curry pieces; mix well and sauté for 10 minutes over medium flame.

Add 1 tsp of ground turmeric, 1 tsp of coriander, 0.5 tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tsp of ground red chilli, 1 tsp of meat masala, and 1 large ghost chilli pepper; season with salt to taste and mix well.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Add 1 large potato cut into large cubes and cook with the lid on until the potatoes become soft, stirring in between.

Stir in some chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
