8 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
4 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons flour

Cut broccoli heads into 8 cups of florets and set aside.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pot and add chopped onion, sauté until soft.

Add broccoli florets and 4 cups of chicken broth to the pot, push broccoli down to submerge.
