1 Cup Broccoli, florets
Salt and Pepper as per taste
2 Cups Water
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp All-purpose flour (Maida)
1 Cup Milk
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Fresh Cream
