Whole grain bread is more nutritious.

Peel the boiled eggs and separate the yolks and whites.

Grind the egg yolks thoroughly with a fork.

Chop the egg whites thoroughly.

Chop the yellow onion.

In the egg yolk bowl, stir in together the chopped yellow onion, mayonnaise, yellow mustard.

Season with black pepper, salt, paprika powder and white vinegar.

Add in the egg whites and stir all the ingredients until well combined with a spoon.

Spread the egg salad on 2 slices of white sandwich bread.

Place the remaining slice of bread on top.

Using your hand to gently press the sandwiches and cut all the edges out of the bread on all 4 sides.

Cut the sandwich into triangles and serve.
